A Good Day

I don't really have anything specific to say, once again, although I do have this urgent need to type to get some thoughts out of my buzzing brain.  Today was such a great day!  It was our first Mind, Body, Spirit event at the Eastern Slope Inn in North Conway.  I am so lucky to work with these amazing women:  Chelsea Latham, Terri Dubay-Santucci, Kathy Cossette, Denita Dudley, Raji Simpson, Elena Mosston, and Alexis Jacques.  We have all come together to share our gifts and offer people an affordable way to sample what we do.

Now, as I sit on my couch in front of my woodstove and by the light of my stunning Christmas tree, I'm listening to some random channel I found that's blasting dance music.  I smile even saying that, but I think my mom's around. My butt has this urge to dance.  I'm enjoying myself.  I feel relaxed, content, and loved.  I think it's been a while since I could say all those three words in a sentence.  I do believe I've found "my people!"  As we sat at Flatbread and shared how we met, the answers were as varied as our personalities, but gosh we had fun!

What kind of insight do I have to share tonight?  Not much, apparently!  I feel like I've busted my butt to get where I am.  And tonight I'm enjoying sitting here, rocking out and saying hello to you!

May you also find peace.  It's a pretty awesome emotion and it rocks me to my core.

Dear Baby Sara

Today I had a reading with my friend Chelsea Latham.  She and I go about things in totally different ways, but she's really great at identifying and clearing blocks and that's what I needed.  One of t
